Post-Game Notes
• With the 75-68 loss, East Carolina now leads the all-time series over Louisiana Tech, 1-0.
• LA Tech's four-game winning streak was snapped, dropping the overall record to 21-6 and to 9-3 in Conference USA play.
• The Bulldogs are now 6-4 in true road games this season.
• East Carolina broke its string of two consecutive losses and improved to 14-13 on the season and 3-9 in Conference USA play.
• LA Tech starters were Alex Hamilton, Michale Kyser, Kenneth Smith, Chris Anderson and Jaron Johnson. This was the sixth straight game with this starting lineup.
• Kenneth Smith dished out nine assists in the losing effort. The junior point guard has now recorded at least nine assists in nine of the last 10 games.
• Also with nine assists, Speedy became only the second Bulldog in program history to eclipse 200 assists in a single season. He is now in second all-time with 203 and approaching the record of 218 held by Wayne Smith.
• Kenyon McNeail led the team with 20 points. This marked the third straight game that the senior guard has been the team's leading scorer.
• McNeail knocked down five of the team's seven three-pointers. He now has 196 career made three's which still has him in fourth all-time.
• Alex Hamilton (14), Jaron Johnson (11) and Chris Anderson (10) joined McNeaIl in double figures tonight. Anderson also had a team-high seven rebounds. It marked the eighth time this season the senior forward has led the team on the boards.
