Recap | Final Stats | Notes
"I thought we really shared the basketball very well. We played a very unselfish style. We got a lot of assists and we took care of the basketball. That was really our charge in practice this week after our last game. I thought they responded well to that. I also really liked how our new guys mixed in with the old and had some nice chemistry."
On the debuts of the three Bulldogs:
"First, they are really good players. Joniah, Jacobi and LeAntwan, they are talented guys and to be able to mix them with our existing team and play a style where in three or four minutes, give everything you've got, and then come out and your teammate will do the same for you. That can make us a better team."
On the assist-turnover ratio:
"I will take 24 assists and five turnovers every single night. I was very happy because it has not been our strong suit yet and it is something we have really been working on in practice. It felt like we got into a nice rhythm tonight and I was happy with that."
On Alex Hamilton:
"He really looked like a point guard tonight with speed and great pace and feel. He delivered the ball on time and on target. He took a real step forward tonight for us and really led this team.
On the 3-0 start:
"We have had tests and we have responded to certain tests. We are very happy to get our first road win, but we have a lot of room to grow. We are going to be tested very much on Tuesday at Ohio State. That is the next step for us to see how we can handle that kind of environment."
