2015 Baseball Promo Schedule

RUSTON, La. - The Louisiana Tech Marketing Department has released its promotions schedule for the upcoming 2015 LA Tech baseball season, which features 29 home games slated to be played at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park.

The Bulldogs are set to play 10 of their first 16 games at home after opening the season at Southeastern Louisiana on Friday, Feb. 13 in Hammond. Throughout the 2015 campaign, Bulldog fans can enjoy multiple promotions and discounts, including $1 hot dog deals for LA Tech students for all 29 home games this season.

Tech will also offer a 2 for Tuesday deal in which fans can take advantage of $2 tickets, $2 hot dogs and $2 drinks on any Tuesday home games the Bulldogs host in 2015.

LA Tech will hold a White Out on Friday, April 17 when the Bulldogs host UAB in league play. Fans in attendance to watch Tech take on the Blazers will receive free white LA Tech Baseball T-Shirts while supplies last. Other giveaways include LA Tech magnets (Opening Night - Feb. 20) and miniature baseball bats (May 3).

Other promotions scheduled include 90's Night, Bark in the Park, Youth Baseball Day and LA Tech Legends Day, which will be on March 21 when the Bulldogs host Southern Miss in a Conference USA matchup. Coach Goff and Co. will invite all former letterwinners back for lunch and tickets to see LA Tech take on the Golden Eagles.

The annual Greek Night will be held when Tech hosts UAB on Sunday, April 19, while Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Night is scheduled for the Bulldogs' March 20 game against Southern Miss. Throughout the season, LA Tech will also hold a Pizza Party with Champ (March 1), an Ice Cream Social (March 22), Faith and Family Day (April 18) and an Egg Hunt on Easter weekend when the Bulldogs host C-USA's newest member, Western Kentucky.

Additionally, each Sunday game LA Tech has scheduled will be Kids Day at the Love Shack, where kids in attendance will have the opportunity to get on-field access to the Bulldog Baseball team, while also enjoying a bounce house and face painting throughout the season. Youth team opportunities will be available once again this season with local teams getting behind-the-scenes access to the Bulldog players, coaches and staff prior to a game.

Several ongoing promotions will also be introduced at the start of the 2015 season, including Baseball Bingo and a Tennis Ball Toss, in which fans will have the opportunity to toss tennis balls into different containers to win prize packages following the completion of the games.

The Bulldogs will hold four separate appreciation games throughout the season, which will honor LTAC members (April 3), LA Tech faculty and staff (May 1), military members (May 2) and season tickets holders (May 15).
