RUSTON - Louisiana Tech will host Charlotte and Old Dominion this week in the final two home regular season games of the year as head coach Tyler Summitt and the Lady Techsters continue preparing for the Conference USA Tournament in March.

Tech hosts Charlotte Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and Old Dominion Sunday at 2 p.m. as numerous promotions are set for the two contests.

It will be Social Media Night for Thursday's contest against the 49ers as a few lucky Louisiana Tech students will have an opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look into the program, including locker room access for head coach Tyler Summitt's pregame talk. Free Johnny's Pizza will also be available to the first 200 Louisiana Tech students.

Sunday's rivalry game against Old Dominion is both Senior Day and LA Tech Legends Day at the Thomas Assembly Center. Prior to the contest, Louisiana Tech will recognize seniors Kanedria Andrews, Whitney Frazier, Savanna Langston, Kelia Shelton and Chrisstasia Walter on the floor in a pregame ceremony.

Louisiana Tech is also encouraging all former women's basketball players, coaches, managers and support staff to come to the game. Tech is honoring the 1993-94 Lady Techster basketball team that posted a 31-4 record, captured the Sun Belt Conference regular season and tournament titles and advanced all the way to the national championship game.

The Tech Athletics Department has received RSVP's from at least eight players off of that team while former head coach Leon Barmore will also be in attendance. Former Louisiana Tech legend and current Baylor head coach Kim Mulkey is also expected to be back at the Thomas Assembly Center for the first time since she took the Baylor job in 2000.
