RUSTON - Louisiana Tech swept a pair of Monday afternoon matches, defeating Alcorn State 5-0 and Grambling State 7-0 at the LA Tech Tennis Complex.
Head coach Chad Camper's squad has now won three straight matches after defeating the No. 1 ranked NJCAA team in the country last week at home.
"We had an efficient day on the courts," Camper said. "We were pressured at times, but we came through and found a way to win. We look forward to continuing to play well."
In the first match on Monday, the Lady Techsters came out strong winning the doubles point against an Alcorn State team that defeated UL-Lafayette last week.
