RUSTON, La. – The 11
th-ranked Louisiana Tech Bowling team returns from a two month hiatus this weekend to compete at the Northeast Invitational in Croyden, Penn.
The tournament is hosted by no. 19 Sacred Heart University and (RV) Long Island University. The Lady Techsters will compete against several formidable opponents, including the hosting Pioneers and Sharks.
Tech posted a strong start to the 2019-20 season with three top-five finishes in its first four tournaments. The Lady Techsters most recently placed fifth in a loaded field at North Carolina A&T's Stallings Invitational.
Allie Leiendecker led the team with a 219.33 average and earned all-tournament honors for the second time on the year.

th) also placed in the top-30.
The performance helped LA Tech jump six spots in the NTCA Coaches Poll, rising from their preseason no. 17 ranking to no. 11. The next NTCA ranking is scheduled to be released in February.
