RUSTON – Louisiana Tech bowling will make its sixth consecutive appearance in the NCAA Regional Tournament on Friday as the Bulldogs open double-elimination play against Bryant at 9 a.m. at the International Training & Research Center. The Bulldogs will face either Wichita State (73-33) or Newman (73-30) at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. LA Tech is one of four teams to earn a national seed and enter as the No. 4 seed.

LA Tech enters the postseason with a 77-34 this season, which includes 44 ranked wins.
 
The Bulldogs earned a third-place finish in the Conference USA tournament. Tech recorded seven top five finishes this season.
 
Jenna Stretch earned Third Team All-CUSA honors this season while Rachel Ong was named to the CUSA All-Tournament Team.
 
LA Tech will face Bryant (58-32) to open the event Friday morning. The Bulldogs are making their first NCAA Tournament appearance in program history.
 
LA Tech has defeated Bryant twice this season, including a 1,017-874 win at the Destination Orlando event and a 1,095-869 victory at the Northeast Classic in January.
 
Tech is 5-5 against Wichita State this season and 1-1 against Newman.
