First Pitch is set for noon at USA Stadium
RUSTON, La. – Louisiana Tech head coach Lane Burroughs puts his team to the test as they head north to Millington, Tennessee to play an exhibition game with Tennessee at USA Stadium.
The Diamond Dogs and the Volunteers will take the field Saturday with first pitch set for noon.
"It's exciting to get your team on the road in an unfamiliar setting and see how they respond," said Burroughs. "Obviously we are playing a tremendous program coming off a phenomenal year, but we approach all our oppositions as a nameless, faceless opponent. We are all ultimately competing against the game."
"This is the final homestretch of our fall training period and it is an important week for a number of our guys and for our 2022 team as a whole."
Tickets are available for $10 and can be purchase at the gate or they can purchase ahead of time here.
