RUSTON, La. -- Due to all the rain that hit Ruston on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, Robert Mack Caruthers Field was deemed unplayable which has forced the postponement of Thursday's season opening matchup between Louisiana Tech and Murray State.

The make-up has been rescheduled for Friday, Aug. 19 at 11 a.m. at The Mack. 
 
All pre-purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled match. Fans will use their original ticket for admittance into the game. The barcode will be valid for the new date and time.
