ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH
LA Tech will be competing as a team for the first time since the season-opening tournament Argent Financial Classic where the Bulldogs finished ninth among 16 teams.
Â
The top Bulldog finisher from that event was freshman
Niilo Maki-Petaja who tied for 23rd in his first collegiate action, shooting two rounds under par. He will be joined by fellow freshman
Jake Plumb who tied for 33rd as an individual, shooting a low round score of 69 at the home invitational.
Â
Joel Thomas Stephens will make his third straight appearance for LA Tech, recently participating as an individual in the GMAC Invitational almost two weeks ago.
Â
Veterans
Lake Juban and
Will Patrick round out the group competing at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate. For Juban, it will be his 35th career event as a Bulldog while Patrick will be making his 16th career start.
