Bulldogs will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday
RUSTON – Louisiana Tech closes out the regular season as the Bulldogs compete in the Mossy Oak Collegiate for a third straight season.
EVENT INFORMATION
Dates: Monday-Tuesday (April 15-16)
Location: Mossy Oak Golf Club (West Point, Miss.)
Yardage: Par 72 | 7212 yards
Stroke Play: 3 rounds/54 holes (36 on Monday, 18 on Tuesday)
Participants: 14 teams

ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH
Niilo Maki-Petaja will headline LA Tech which is playing in its 12th and final regular season event. The Bulldog was recently named CUSA Men's Golfer of the Week, an honor he has won three times this season.
The freshman shot 70-74-73=217 (+1) to be co-individual champion at the Aggie Invitational, his first ever collegiate win. In doing so, he vaulted up the national rankings, climbing almost 80 spots to No. 216 in the country. He currently owns a team-best 72.44 stroke average with three top-5 finishes, all coming in his last five events.
Also in the lineup this week will be a pair of seniors in Will Patrick and Thomas Henson. Patrick will be participating in his ninth event this season, owning a stroke average of 75.00, while Henson is taking part in his fifth event, all coming during the spring portion of the slate.
The last two Bulldogs set to play at the Mossy Oak Collegiate are freshmen Jake Plumb and Gray Kingrea. Both golfers took part in the Koasati Pines Intercollegiate this past week with Plumb tying for 13th, his first career top-20 finish as a Bulldog. Kingrea's highlight came in round two when he fired a season-high 68 (-4).
