ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH (5-4)
The Lady Techsters are returning from the Compete 4 Cause Classic in New Orleans last Saturday against the #5 LSU Tigers. Louisiana Tech was able to jump out to an early lead, being only the second team in the country to lead after the first quarter against the Tigers. After only leading by nine at the half, the Tigers would slowly pull away the rest of the way, ending the game with an 87-61 victory. Louisiana Tech was able to hold the number one offense in the country to their lowest point total of the season, a full 24 points below their season average. Paris Bradley would score a game high 19 points, marking a new season high for the sophomore guard, as well as a team high seven rebounds.

That performance would give Paris Bradley the ninth weekly award of her young career, being named the Conference USA Player of the Week by the league on Monday afternoon. The native of Carrollton, Texas combined for 28 points, 13 rebounds, six assists, and two steals on the week. Bradley was also 5-11 on three-point shots and a perfect 7-7 from the line.

Jianna Morris continues to cash in from deep, having made a three-point shot in 15 straight games, dating back to last season. Morris is second in the league in three-point shooting with 26 on the season, trailing Liberty's Avery Mills by only three. The junior guard is one of only 71 players in the country to have at least 26 deep shots on the season.

Jordan Marshall has been one of the nations top rebounders. Marshall averages 9.7 rebounds per contest, ranking 34th in the country. Her 4.8 offensive rebounds per game is tied for fifth in the nation.

Louisiana Tech continues to have one of the best offenses in the league, averaging a Conference USA best 77.0 points per game. The Lady Techsters also lead with 16.1 assists per game and boast a league best assist/turnover ratio of 0.92. LA Tech is currently second in free throw percentage (71.2) and in three-pointers per game (7.6).

ABOUT CENTRAL ARKANSAS (7-3)
The Sugar Bears are coming off a tough road win five miles west of the Thomas Assembly Center against Grambling, 82-75. The game would see 12 ties and six lead changes, but a 23-point UCA fourth quarter would lift the Sugar Bears over the Tigers. Jenna Cook led the team with 16 points in only 24 minutes, shooting 3-10 from three-point range. Shae Littleford paced the squad with eight rebounds and four assists, both team highs.

Littleford leads the Sugar Bears with 14.2 points per game and 16 deep shots on the year. Bree Stephens grabs 7.2 rebounds per match and dishes 3.2 assists per game, both leading the squad.

Central Arkansas is currently at 7-3, the fourth best mark in the Atlantic Sun Conference. The Sugar Bears have won six of their last seven games.

THE SERIES
Louisiana Tech leads the all-time series 2-0 against Central Arkansas. The last matchup came in the Thomas Assembly Center in the 2012-13 season, ending in a narrow 65-63 Lady Techsters victory.
