CHOUDRANT, La. -- The 2006 Terry Bradshaw - Kix Brooks - Squire Creek Golf Tournament is set to tee off April 9-10 beginning with a reception at the Squire Creek Country Club Sunday April 9 with the golf tournament April 10.

There will be reception that will begin for VIP corporate sponsors at 5:30 p.m. with the regular reception to follow at 6:30 p.m.

The tournament will consist of four-person scramble teams with 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. tee times.

The sponsorship levels will have the VIP Corporate Sponsorship Level and the Team Sponsorship Level.

The VIP Corporate Sponsorship Level will cost $3,750 and will include:

-Two 4-person teams
-Green fee, golf cart, lunch and drinks on the course
? -Individual player gifts
-16 tickets to reception at Squire Creek Clubhouse on April 9th at 6:30 p.m.
-Special recognition and two reserved tables at the reception.
-16 tickets to the VIP reception at 5:30 p.m. on April 9th.
- Pictures with Terry Bradshaw and Kix Brooks at the VIP reception
-Special VIP Leather Bag with Tech Logo for each team player
-2006 Terry Bradshaw ? Kix Brooks Golf Tournament commemorative football for each team player

The Team Sponsorship Level includes:

-One 4-person team
-Green fee, golf cart, lunch and drinks on the course
-Individual player gifts
-Eight tickets to reception at Squire Creek Clubhouse on April 9th at 6:30 p.m.
