Tech Softball Hosts Fall Exhibition DH Wednesday

RUSTON - The Louisiana Tech Lady Techster softball team will host a fall exhibition doubleheader Wednesday at 5 p.m. against Bossier Parish Community College.

The Lady Techsters return 12 letter-winners from last year's team while welcoming eight newcomers to the roster, including freshmen Savannah Dollar, Kiley Ray, Haley Winters, Janine Godwin and Alayna Kipp and junior college transfers Dacia Hale, Melanie Goff and Amanda Krueger.

Head coach Sarah Dawson and Co. will also play in a fall tournament in Natchitoches hosted by Northwestern State the weekend of Oct. 15.

Wednesday's home games against BPCC are free and open to the public.

Although no live video or audio will be available for the games, gametracker will be available by logging onto www.latechsports.com and clicking on the GT link on the softball schedule.
