LAFAYETTE -- Louisiana Tech's scheduled softball game against UTEP today has been postponed due to inclement weather across the state of Louisiana.

The Lady Techsters are competing in the 2012 Mardi Grass Classic in Lafayette and will wrap up play Sunday with a 12:30 p.m. game against UTEP and a 3 p.m. game against 20th ranked UL-Lafayette.

Tech split their first two games Friday, defeating Northwestern State 7-5 and falling to Big 10 Northwestern 10-6.
