RUSTON, La. – Head coach Gary Stanley announced adjustments to Louisiana Tech's men's and women's cross country schedule on Monday, which will feature one home meet and two away meets during the regular season before the Conference USA Championships.
 
Louisiana Tech was previously scheduled to begin the 2020 season with the Mook 4 Invitational at the LA Tech Farm on Sept. 19. The Bulldogs and Lady Techsters will now begin their respective seasons in the Warhawk Cross Country Invitational in Monroe, Louisiana, on Oct. 2.
 
Tech then returns to Ruston to host the Mook 4 Invitational on Oct. 10. The men's team captured a first-place finish in 2019, while the women's team placed third in the competition a year ago.
 
Louisiana Tech closes out its regular-season schedule on Oct. 17 at the Watson Invitational held in Clinton, Mississippi. In 2019, the men's team placed second in the meet with three runners finishing inside the top 20.
 
The Conference USA Championships were scheduled for Oct. 31 in Montevallo, Alabama. More news about an updated date will be provided once it is available.
 
LA Tech student-athletes from the men's and women's teams will compete in all three regular-season meets.
