RUSTON – The Louisiana Tech cross country team opens up its 2025 fall season on Friday, September 12 at the Demon Preview hosted by Northwestern State in Natchitoches.
 
The women will run a 4k that begins at 6:15 p.m. CT followed by the men running the 6k starting at 6:45 p.m. CT.

Delaney Lopez and Lexa Thompson are the top returners for the Bulldogs on the women's side in 2025 as they are they were among the top three finishes for LA Tech at the CUSA Championships last season.
 
Arie Linton is the top returner for the men as he was among the top three as well among the Bulldog finishers at last year's conference meet.
