RUSTON, La. – Louisiana Tech's scheduled home baseball game against UL-Lafayette on Tuesday, March 2, has been moved to Lafayette due to construction delays at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park. Delays to the stadium's construction schedule were caused by this past week's winter storm where construction crews were unable to access the job site for five straight days.
 
ULL and LA Tech officials have agreed that both matchups next season will be played at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park. LA Tech has won four of their past five games against the Ragin' Cajuns in the competitive in-state series.
 
The Bulldogs will open a three-game set against Southern on Friday night. No fans will be allowed at all three games, but each contest will be streamed live on CUSA.tv.
 
LA Tech baseball will welcome fans into the new Love Shack on Friday, March 5, when the Bulldogs open a three-game series against McNeese State.
