OPELIKA, Ala. – Louisiana Tech fell three spots on the team leaderboard Tuesday, shooting 300 (+12) to put the Bulldogs in a tie for seventh at the Tiger Invitational played at Grand Nationals Lake Course.

After carding a season-high 21 birdies on round one, LA Tech did not put up as much red in round two with a total of 11 birdies. Six of those came from
Thomas Henson who backed up his round one 68 (-4) with a 72 (E), putting him in a tie for 10th individually.Â

Lake Juban and
Hunter Battles both shot a 75 (+3) while
Grant Smith and
Riley Hnatyshyn carded a 78 (+6). Smith enters the final round tied for 33rd at +2 with Juban one shot behind him at +3 and in a tie for 42nd.

LA Tech is tied with fellow C-USA foe Florida Atlantic with a two-round total of 580 (+4).Â

UP NEXT
LA Tech will play its third and final round of the Tiger Invitational on Wednesday. First tee time for the Bulldogs is at 8 a.m. CT starting on No. 1.
