LA Tech set to face Liberty
RUSTON, La. – Louisiana Tech wraps up conference play with a road series against Liberty with a shot to win the Conference USA title.

ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH (38-15, 15-6 CUSA)
LA Tech is coming off a series sweep against Western Kentucky over the weekend. Tech finished Conference play at home with an 11-1 record, which also is the best in CUSA. Tech also finished with a 26-5 home record, the most wins at the Love Shack since 1988, when they finished with a 30-4 record at home. Tech secured a 7-1 victory over WKU after scoring six runs in the bottom of the eighth inning. LA Tech sits in first place, looking to secure the CUSA season title over Liberty.
ABOUT LIBERTY (22-29, 11-10 CUSA)
Liberty dropped the series against DBU over the weekend. The Flames were swept by DBU in Dallas, for the second time in conference play. The Flames are batting .279 with 479 hits and 330 RBI. Liberty is 16-11 at home and in the last ten games Liberty has a record of 4-6. The Flames have a RPI ranking of 115.
