RUSTON – Coming off a fourth-place finish at Destination Orlando last weekend, the No. 9 Louisiana Tech bowling team will return to the lanes this weekend for a three-day event at the Track Kat Klash, hosted by Sam Houston in Houston, Texas.

Format: Friday: Five 5 game baker
                Saturday: Five traditional game
                Sunday: Three best 4-of-7 baker matches / Bracket play

The ninth-ranked Bulldogs finished fourth out of 24 teams last weekend after registering a total pinfall of 13,064. LA Tech went 8-5 on the weekend with four wins over ranked opponents, including a season-opening victory against defending national champion Youngstown State.
 
The Bulldogs totaled 6,010 pins in five Baker matches, 4,999 in six traditional matches and 2,055 in bracket play.
 
Juliana Kerrigan finished second out of 183 individuals to earn a spot on the all-tournament team after rolling a 1,164 in five games. 
Jenna Stretch was named to the all-tournament second team after finishing in eighth with a 1,042.
