FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Louisiana Tech men's and women's track and field teams finished out their fourth meet of the year and now have their sights set on the Conference USA Indoor Championships in Lynchburg, Virginia taking place February 28-March 1.
Saturday was highlighted by the men's 4x400 relay team of
Rickey Williams III,
Sabastian Bradley-Reed, Prentice Sanders and
Cullen Hronek setting the third indoor program record of the weekend for Louisiana Tech, running a time of 3:09.16 to break the record by over a second, previously set at last year's Tyson Invitational on February 15, 2025.
The Bulldogs saw several improving marks for 2026, with five season-best times and six top-20 finishes in a meet that was comprised of several top NCAA Division I athletes and many Olympian athletes.
LA Tech now turns its attention to the 2026 CUSA Indoor Championships hosted by Liberty in Lynchburg, Virginia on February 28 and March 1.
