MONROE, La. - The Bulldogs set two new meet records and notched 18 podium finishes in the Warhawk Classic at Brown Stadium Saturday afternoon.

Jamara Patterson continued her sensational season with a 53.12 in the women's 400m, finishing first for the second time this outdoor season. Her time set a new meet record in Brown Stadium. Patterson has finished on the podium four out of four times.

The women's 4x400m team also made history, setting a new stadium and meet record.
Tyhra Charles, Patterson,
Nia Wiley, and
Majesty Omeye ran a 3:36.98, finishing first.

Delaney Lopez finished first in the women's 1500m with a 5:00.22 time, followed by fellow Bulldog
Brooke Fontenot in third place at 5:07.77. It is Lopez second podium finish in a row.

Oscar Smith continued to dominate the men's 110m hurdles, finishing first with a 13.63 time. Smith has finished on the podium four times this outdoor season.

A'reil Williams leaped a 1.68m high jump, good for first place, her second time this outdoor season.
Jiana Stewartburgess finished second with a 1.52m leap.

Stewartburgess also finished first in the triple jump, leaping 11.57m in Monroe.

Kaitlyn Washington stacked another podium finish with a 50.18m discus toss, her third first place finish this outdoor season.

Annie Jones threw a new season best 41.85m javelin, finishing third place. Jones has finished top three in all four of her events this outdoor season.

Norre Robinson notched a career best 21.12 200m dash, finishing second place.

Cobe Jonson leaped 7.48m in the long jump, finishing second place. It marks his fourth top four finish this outdoor season.
