Lane Burroughs and Louisiana Tech baseball have announced the official signings of outfielder Bryce Adams and catcher/utility Clint Seymore.
Adams stands at 6-foot even batting left-handed and throwing right-handed, coming off his redshirt freshman year at Wabash Valley College. The Woodstock, Georgia native registered the fourth-best average in the country at the NJCAA level, batting .478 with 17 doubles, two triples, 11 homers and 23 stolen bases. Adams was also a recipient of the NJCAA Region 24 Gold Glove.
Prior to beginning his collegiate career at WVC, Adams was a 6A state champion and Player of the Year at Etowah High School with a .433 average and saw his team to a top-five national ranking at No. 4 his senior year.
Seymore, standing at 6-foot 1-inch, is a career .395 hitter in two years—batting .394 as a freshman in 2025 at Columbia State CC before posting a .398 average in 2026 at Wallace State CC-Hanceville. In his JUCO career, the right-handed hitter and thrower has seven homers, 82 RBI, 81 runs, drew 44 walks and has been named an All-Conference Second Teamer in each season.
Born and raised in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Seymore was a multi-sport athlete at Loretto High School, excelling in baseball, football and basketball. In football, he was named All-State and Wide Receiver of the Year, setting the school's single-season record with 1,200 receiving yards.
In baseball he was a three-time All-State player and two-time District Player of the Year, leading his team to a 30-6 record and a state championship his senior season. Seymore was a four-year letterman in baseball and three-year in football and basketball, also being named All-District for his performance on the court.
