2011: Struck out two batters and allowed one hit in relief appearance against Grambling State (2/20)... Against UTPA (3/26), he entered the game with the bases loaded and Tech clinging to a one-run lead with no outs and picked up a strikeout then induced a double play to end the threat before working a season-high 4.0 innings in relief allowing just one hit en route to picking up his second career save... Allowed two hits and fanned four batters in 3.1 innings of work to pick up the win against LSU-Shreveport (4/2)... Made his sixth career start against New Mexico State (4/9)... Tallied his first career at-bat and base hit in a pinch hit situation against Mississippi Valley State (5/11).

2010: Second on team with 20 appearances with two starts...Earned first win of the season after throwing 1.1 shutout innings in relief at UTPA (3/5)...Picked up the first save of his career after not allowing a run in the final 3.1 innings of a win over Minnesota (3/28)...Totaled five strikeouts twice on the season.

2009: Made seven appearances, including a start against Texas Wesleyan (4/21)...Did not allow a home run in just over 13 innings pitched...In his second outing of the season against Nevada, he pitched 1.1 scoreless innings...Earned the final two outs in the second game of Tech[apos]s doubleheader against Fresno State (4/18)...Recorded a career-high six strikeouts in relief at Hawai[apos]i (5/3)...Finished off his season by not allowing an earned run in one inning against San Jose State (5/23).

2008: Appeared in 11 games, started two...Made his first collegiate appearance vs. McNeese State (2/23)...Allowed two hits, however his outing resulted in a scoreless inning...First start of his collegiate career came in his next appearance in game two vs. UT Arlington (2/26)...Pitched five innings, gave up three hits, one earned run, walked one and struck out one en route to his first collegiate victory...Struck out four batters in three innings, while allowing two hits in a 10-4 win vs. Grambling State (3/18).

High School: Lettered three years for Jesuit High School in New Orleans for coaches Dave Moreau and Sam Dozier...Named all-district 8-5A for three years from 2005-2007...Earned all-state honors as a junior...Helped lead the Blue Jays to district and class 5A state titles as a sophomore and a senior...Went 8-2 with a 1.22 ERA as a sophomore, 9-3 (2.92 ERA) as a junior and 10-4 with a 1.56 ERA as a senior...Played three years of American Legion ball for Retif Oil in New Orleans, winning the 2005 district title...Earned all-district honors as a pitcher in 2005 and 2006.
