RUSTON ? Funeral arrangements have been set for Pat and Glenda Patterson who died tragically Thursday morning in Ruston.

Visitation for the couple will be Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Trinity Methodist Church in Ruston while the funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday. Interment services will be held at Pines Memorial Cemetery.

Pat ?Gravy? Patterson, 73, was the Bulldog baseball coach for 23 years (1968-1990). During that time, he led Tech to more than 740 wins, seven NCAA Tournaments and 18 winning seasons. He was named conference coach of the year seven times.

Glenda Patterson, 71, was as much a part of Bulldog baseball and the Tech family as her long-time husband, having worked in the ticket office and in the Tech education department for years.
