NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The No. 6 Louisiana Tech women's bowling team finished fourth among a competitive 19-field team at the Vanderbilt-hosted Columbia 300 Music City Classic on Sunday.
Â
"Overall, this weekend was very successful," head coach
Matt Nantais said. "I would've loved to have won this event, but sometimes the pins just don't fall the way you want them to. This is one of the most competitive events of the year and to finish in the top four says something about these young ladies. There's something pretty special about this group. We're bowling very well at the end of the season as we get ready for our conference championship. Overall as a team, they were consistent all weekend and that's something we've been working on."
