ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH (2-8-5, 0-5-2 CUSA)
LA Tech is coming off a 2-1 loss to UTEP on Saturday night in El Paso. Defender Kalli Matlock scored for the Bulldogs in the 51st minute following an assisted pass from Tal Faingezicht. Emma Jones and Caroline Martin led the way with two shots a piece. Kyra Taylor, Callie McKinney, and Madison Pensom had shot attempts as well. 

ABOUT NEW MEXICO STATE (9-5-2, 4-1-2 CUSA)
The Aggies come into Ruston on a two-game winning streak following wins against Jacksonville State and Kennesaw State. New Mexico State defeated Jax State 4-1 on Saturday, October 19th at home. The Aggies also defeated the Kennesaw State 2-0 at home.

This will be the sixth meeting between New Mexico State and LA Tech. LA Tech is 4-1 against New Mexico State in the all-time matchup record. New Mexico State earned its first victory over the Bulldogs after defeating Tech 4-3 in Las Cruces last season.
