NEW CASTLE, Del. – The No. 5 Louisiana Tech bowling team finished day one of the Northeast Classic with a 5-0 record, putting them in 5^th place out of 36 teams with a 5,059 total pinfall.
 
The Bulldogs picked up wins over Adelphi (1,047-883), William Smith College (988-927), Dominican University (NY) (947-857), Roberts Wesleyan (982-783), and No. 20 Bryant (1,095-869).
 
LA Tech will be back in action tomorrow with five traditional matches.
