The Bulldogs moved to 17-15 (3-6 CUSA) after capping their five-game road trip with a 9-0 loss at LSU on Tuesday night in five innings. LA Tech did not record a road win during the stretch, falling to Ole Miss last Wednesday and being swept by Jacksonville State over the weekend.

Reagan Marchant continues to pace the Bulldogs in RBI (28) and home runs (9). Gallaway ranks second in both categories with 27 RBI and seven home runs.

Allie Floyd is 7-8 in the circle and last appeared in the series against Jax State where she tossed two complete games. Floyd has a team-best 2.57 ERA and leads the pitching staff in innings pitched (92.2) and strikeouts (76).

Laney Johnson (4-2) suffered her second loss of the season against LSU. Johnson is second in the team in innings pitched with 49.2 innings under her belt. The Bears have picked up league wins over Kennesaw State, where they recorded an 8-0 run-rule win and a 4-1 victory, as well as a 6-5 road win at Delaware. The Bears were swept on the road at Western Kentucky to open conference play and dropped two of three games at Delaware last weekend, including a 5-2 loss in the series finale.
