PERSONAL: Born in Highland Park, Ill. to Maricel and Frances Mondejar on April 10, 2008 ... has three brothers, Cid, Dave and Brent ... why she chose Louisiana Tech: "It was the perfect fit for my major in biomedical engineering and was at the competitive level of soccer I wanted to play at. Additionally, I admired the close-knit culture between the girls and was excited to become a part of a new era in the program. Even though it is far and foreign from my home in the midwest, I still felt a comforting enough community on campus and in Ruston."
