April 2, 2015 RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech junior Victor Lange dropped one spot to No. 48 in the national individual men's golf rankings this week as announced by GolfStat.com.
The Johannesburg, South Africa native is the highest-ranked Conference USA golfer by several spots. The next-best C-USA golfer in the rankings is UAB's Martin Rohwer at No. 66.
Lange is coming off his fifth top-five finish of the season out of nine events as he tied for fifth at the UALR First Tee Collegiate Classic in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Last week Lange was No. 47 in the national rankings. He is a 4-5 record against golfers in the top-50 including a 2-0 mark against golfers ranked 26-50 and is averaging a 1-under-par 71 round for the season.
Louisiana Tech next returns to action on April 6-7 at the Old Waverly Collegiate Championship hosted by Mississippi State at the Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, Mississippi.
