LUBBOCK, Texas - Victor Lange is going to have to wait a little bit longer to make a stronger finish on The Rawls Course in Lubbock. Overnight thunderstorms have prompted NCAA officials to delay the second round of the NCAA Lubbock Regional tee times by over four hours so course officials can fully prepare the course for play.

Lange will now tee off at 2:53 p.m. CT on Hole No. 10. He remains paired with North Florida's Parker Jones and Texas A&M's Greg Yates.

The thunderstroms that Lubbock experienced overnight brought over two inches of rain, strong winds and hail.

No more rain is forecasted for the Lubbock area Friday with sunny to partly cloudy skies expected and temperatures rising to the low 80s.

Lange finished the first round at 1-under-par (70) and enters the second round tied for 21st, just five shots back of the individual leader.
