DALLAS – The Louisiana Tech Golf team put together a better round on day two of the Trinity Forest Invitational, registering a 292 (+4) on Monday at the Trinity Forest Golf Club.

Despite being three shots better than in round one, LA Tech enters the third and final round in 17th place with a two-round total of 587 (+11).Â

Starting on the back nine today, the Bulldogs were sinking birdies left and right. Going into the final four holes, the team climbed all the way up 8th place. However, the team combined to play those final four holes at +8.Â

Thomas Henson had another solid day, shooting 72 (E) to remain at -2 for the tournament and in a tie for 13th place individually.Â
Lake Juban matched him in round two, recording a 72 (E) which included a stretch of four birdies in five holes to start the front nine. He is currently tied for 37th at +1 for the tournament.

James Swash both shot 74 (+2).
