The Bulldogs host the Texans on Friday
RUSTON – Louisiana Tech returns to the courts this weekend with a home match against Tarleton State.

ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH (6-3)
Louisiana Tech is coming off a split trip, falling to Rice by a score of 5-2 before bouncing back to defeat Houston, 4-2, in what was the program's first ever victory over a Power 5 opponent.
Olga Bienzobas and Alexia Romero continued their winning ways in dual singles as they both went 2-0 to extend to six matches. Providing the other two singles points in the come-from-behind victory over the Cougars were Tiffani Nash and Ana Rodrigues. The team improved to 30-17 in dual singles, including a combined 15-2 mark at the No. 1 and No. 6 positions.
In dual doubles, the Bulldogs are a combined 11-11 this spring. The duos of Zoie Epps/Tiffani Nash and Ana Rodrigues/Valenzina Vasquez have each collected four victories. The best position has been No. 2 where they team is 6-2.
ABOUT TARLETON STATE (5-0)
Tarleton State is undefeated so far this spring with victories over UTEP, New Mexico State, Cowley College, Collin College, and Oral Roberts (scheduled to play at Tyler Junior College on Thursday).
The Texans are 24-6 in dual singles with Martha Makantasi and Noelia Lorca each owning a 5-0 record at the No. 3 and No. 5 position, respectively. In dual doubles, they are a combined 13-2 while being undefeated on courts one and three.
LA Tech leads the all-time series versus Tarleton State, 2-0. The Bulldogs have defeated the Texans each of the last two seasons including a 4-1 victory in Stephenville, Texas last year.
