BRYAN, Texas – It was a difficult Saturday at Traditions Club for Louisiana Tech as the Bulldogs closed out 36 holes in 12th in the Aggie Invitational.
 
It was a challenging day for the entire field as only host Texas A&M, ranked 19th in the country, finished the two rounds under par.  For LA Tech, they were only able to tally nine birdies in route to shooting 315-321=636 (+60). 
 
Niilo Maki-Petaja is the top Bulldog on the player leaderboard.  The sophomore is tied for 50th, shooting four over (76) in round one and seven over (79) in round two.  The 76 ended up being the best 18-hole score for LA Tech.  Next best was that of Morton Bailey who carded a 78 (+6) as the best score for the Bulldogs in the second round. 
 
Oskari Schuvalow had both of his rounds count, shooting 79 and 81, as did Jake Plumb who carded an 80 and 83.  Joel Thomas Stephens was the only other round used by LA Tech, shooting 80 in round one.
